
2025 AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting
The AIM-AHEAD Consortium is excited to announce the 2025 AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting, a national NIH-funded in-person conference.

When: July 8-9, 2025*
Where: Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel - 15201 Dallas Pkwy, Addison, TX 75001
*Pre-conference activities to begin on July 7, 2025
Pre-Conference Activities – Attendees are encouraged (though not required) to arrive on Monday, July 7, to complete registration/check-in early and attend the pre-conference networking event that evening. Light bites and refreshments will be provided by the conference for all attendees.
Venue Information – The official venue for the 2025 AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting will be the Renaissance Dallas Addison Hotel in Addison, TX. Room block details and instructions for required conference participants to be announced. General hotel information can be found on the hotel website here.
Abstract Submission Guidelines
Abstracts should be at least 250 words, but no more than 500 words. Presenters will submit their abstracts, along with author information and affiliation(s), through the CVENT event platform.
CVENT access information, abstract submission instructions, and additional presentation guidance will be provided in a separate email.
Each abstract should include the following subheadings: Objective/Purpose, Methodology, Results, Conclusions, and Implications of your research.
Poster Presentation Requirement* – All current AIM-AHEAD awardees and trainees are required to present a poster at the AIM-AHEAD Annual Meeting as part of their program participation.

The deadline to submit poster abstracts has changed from June 6 to June 13, 2025. All updated timelines are listed below.
- June 13: Draft Abstract due in CVENT
- June 13-17: Abstract Review Period
- June 23: Final Abstract due in CVENT
- June 27: Final Poster Upload in CVENT
REAL ID Requirement – For those traveling to the conference, please ensure your identification is compliant with the "REAL ID" requirements from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or that you have a valid passport. REAL ID credentials will be required for all domestic air travel starting May 7, 2025. Please refer to the official DHS website for more information about this policy and make all necessary arrangements prior to your travel dates.
